Enter bills into the company's accounting system. Ensures all organization payable is paid on time. Account reconciliations, bank account reconciliations. Assist with monthly closing of books. Providing financial statements is at the heart of the department.
Assist in vouching of ORs submitted versus the payment details and assess if compliant
Assist in verification of supporting documents submitted for reimbursements in Concur
Extraction of data from various systems needed for the analysis of accounts
