The Spanish Bilingual Chat Support position is responsible for responding to customer questions or chat.
- Reply to customer concerns timely and accurately
- Identify customer needs and provide an appropriate solution and also give some alternatives.
- Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolve.
- Gather customer feedback.
- Can be Part Time or Full Time

- BPO experience is an advantage
- Proven Spanish speaking and writing skills
- DELE/SIELE certification or other recognized certifications is an advantage but not required
- Stroing critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt and respond to different types of personalities.
