intermediate Graphic Designer / animator (ao-13636)Access Offshoring

This is a remote position.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop engaging digital designs for social media, websites, email marketing, presentations, and online campaigns.
Produce animated and motion graphics content that brings brand stories and messages to life.
Work closely with marketing and content teams to interpret creative briefs and deliver high-quality visual concepts.
Manage multiple digital projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, creativity, and timely delivery.
Uphold brand consistency across all digital channels and assets.
Brand Development and Execution for the 5 brands, but promotions are all different.
Requirements
3+ years of professional experience in graphic design or a related creative field.
Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, with the ability to apply strong layout skills when needed (e.g.,PDFs, presentations, proposals).
Proven animation experience, including motion graphics (After Effects or similar tools).
Outgoing, collaborative personality with strong communication and presentation skills.
High level of English proficiency, both written and verbal, to ensure clear communication and documentation.
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
Experience creating content for social platforms, digital ads, and brand campaigns.
Understanding of digital design trends, UI/UX fundamentals, and brand systems.
Ability to propose creative solutions and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
