This is a full-time, remote role with long-term career progression.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Correctly code transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivableMatch and reconcile accounts receivable entriesProcess accounts payable and maintain supplier recordsPerform bank, credit card, and clearing account reconciliationsPrepare BAS for senior accountant reviewPrepare client queries to resolve missing information or coding issuesMaintain clean, accurate bookkeeping files in Xero and QuickBooks OnlineWork closely with both the Australian team and your Filipino mentorFollow documented processes and maintain high-quality work standardsRequirementsSKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Essential1-2+ years bookkeeping experienceStrong understanding of GST and basic Australian accounting principlesExperience in Xero or kBooks OnlQuicine (both ideal)Ability to code transactions accurately and consistentlyHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsGood communication skills and willingness to ask questionsAbility to follow structured processes and meet deadlinesBonus SkillsExperience preparing BAS for reviewFamiliarity with LodgeiT (tax)Experience with practice management software (e.g., Financial Cents)Openness to learning new software and AI toolsWhat We OfferSupportive culture with both Australian and Filipino mentorsLong-term career growth in a fast-growing practiceOngoing training and developmentExposure to automation, AI, and modern accounting technologyMeaningful work supporting Australian entrepreneursCompetitive salary based on skills and experienceBenefitsHere at Access Offshoring, we believe in more than finding our clients the right candidate.
