We are looking for INTERIOR DESIGNER!
Job Responsibilities:
Designs proposals for clients using SketchUp/AutoCAD/Enscape/Lumion/Vray/Metron/Photoshop
Collaborate with the Sales team to meet with clients to discuss company products and services and proposals.
Undertake design projects from concept to completion such as but not limited to Total Home Solutions, kitchen, wardrobe, furniture combinations, space planning, exhibits and showroom Styling.
Define project and client requirements and schedule during the "brief".
Define project requirements and construction, schedule, costing and project fees and budget.
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Interior Design.
At least 1 year of experience in the related field is required for this position.
Licensure Exam Passer
Skills: SketchUp/AutoCAD/Enscape/Lumion/Vray/Metron/Photoshop.
Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations
Highly organized to meet project timeline and budget and very keen to details
Work schedule: Mondays to Fridays (8:00AM - 5:00PM) & Saturdays (8:00AM - 3:00PM)
