Must be amenable to a shifting schedule
Supporting all aspects of office space reconfiguration including, space analysis, utilization and headcount reporting, seat allocation, change initiatives, client communication, liaising with contractors, tendering and the coordination of relocations.
Responsible for the overall coordination with clients, client-stakeholders, landlord, and internal team.
Job Qualifications
Degree/ Diploma or equivalent qualification in Design or Architectural Technology/Project Management
Minimum 2 years' experience in office facility space planning and fit-out coordination
Strong administration and organization ability with office space planning and CAD experience.
Strong Computer skills - Use of Excel, PowerPoint, CAD essential for this role
Adaptability - Use of Space Management and IT systems
