Designs projects and/or review architectural or engineering plans, specifications and contract documents
Creatively designs an office space based on the clients' preference
Develop accurate layouts, assembly drawings and details
Assist Senior Designer in developing concept
Take direction from Senior Architect/Designer, engineers and executives to research drawings, catalogs and sketches to develop detailed dimensioned AutoCAD drawings
Review engineering drawings prior to the release
Can design efficiently within the client's budget
Drafting AutoCad drawings and 3D renders Coordination with Project Manager before, during, and after construction
Negotiating and coordinating with contractors and other professionals
Making site visit to check the progress
Reports to Senior Architect/Designer
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design
At least (5) five years work-related experience
Required Skill(s):
Excellent drafting/drawing skills on Architecture Project and Design
Proficient in 3D Max, AutoCad, Sketch Up, MS Office and the like
Has strong visual awareness and eye for detail
Awareness of site and safety regulations and practices
Cost Estimate/Quantity Surveying
Can read architectural drawings
Can create blow up plans based on instructions
Good communication skills and can coordinate effectively
Can work efficiently with minimal supervision
Can deliver results fast and accurate
Resourceful and Creative
Experience in Architectural Interior Design and Office Fit-out
Experience in actual site supervision in construction is an advantage
Experience in handling crew/construction workers with good leadership is an advantage
Knowledge in MEPFS, FDAS is an advantage
With professional license is an advantage
With drivers' license is an advantage
