We have a great opportunity for Interior Designer to remotelyassist our Abu Dhabi office while working and collaborating with our local Architecture group. You will gain experience in a range of small to large scale international projects which will see you involve in the production of drawings or designs and models of international projects through remote interaction with architects to quickly and accurately produce drawing sets in accordance to GHD and client drafting standards. The role entails: Engaging clients and leading project design teams and preparing submissions and project delivery. Ownership of the design process from inception to completion taking the client from initial briefing stage through concept and scheme design and documentation Project management andintelligent client management approach Design coordination within house MEP teams andother disciplines Deliver fast track projects and detail a project to tight deadlines. Attending client-facing site meetings and and deliver good construction quality What you will bring to the team: A licensed Architect Minimum 10 years' of work experience inthe UAE region/projects while acquiring therelevant position Background in the design of commercial office fit-out, retail, and hospitality design to lead and grow our interior design capability A hard-working, detail oriented professional, committed to exemplary design Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop and Sketchup Strong knowledge of how building components come together and able to highlight modelling errors Well-developed interpersonal abilities: verbal, non-verbal, written Applicants must have the right to work in the Philippines.
