Asya Design Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Interior Design Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong background in hospitality, industrial, commercial, and residential projects. As an Interior Design Manager, you will be responsible for:
Conceptualizing, developing designs, and generating design solutions based on project requirements.
Selecting and specifying material finishes, furnishings, lighting fixtures, and accessories appropriate for each project, with the approval of the Interior Design Head.
Supervising, monitoring, and coaching junior interior designers involved in the project to ensure the quality and timeliness of design deliverables.
Assisting in managing client relations to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Implementing research work to stay updated on innovation, trends, and interior design materials.
Preparing reports and analyses reflecting progress and research findings.
Monitoring staff performance, identifying skills development opportunities, and creating strategies for career advancement.
Performing site supervision and inspection to ensure design conformance and execution acceptability when required.
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of BS Architecture, Fine Arts-Interior Design, or a Certified Interior Designer.
Preferably 10+ years of experience specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
Proficient in artistic designs and concepts, with creative and innovative ideas.
Preferably a Licensed Interior Designer or Architect.
Strong proficiency in all aspects of interior design.
Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
Advanced skills in sketching and rendering, or proficiency in design software.
Strong entrepreneurial, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize activities effectively.
Highly creative and attentive to details.
Comprehensive knowledge of building, architectural systems, and applicable codes.
Adaptable to the organization's culture and processes.
Must be willing to work in MOA Pasay City.
