JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist the team in completing the specifications and design presentation
Research pegs and other related documents for the design concept
Follows through design direction and creatively translates set mood into all areas
Assist in concept development and assist in preparing 3D model of the project
May need to visit job sites, attend client meetings and assist senior designers in warehouse visits
Coordinate with the suppliers regarding material samples and specifications of the finishes
Perform administrative tasks and prepares reports of the departments
Exhibit winning attitude, deliver quality output and work with sense of urgency
Develop written and oral communication skills, keen to details, client facing skills, client and
project management ability * Exemplify positive character and excellence in performance
Be a team player, work with honesty & integrity, and have a sense of responsibility and ownership
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by your immediate superior from time-to-time
REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of BS Architecture technology or BS Architecture
With at least 2 years of related work experience
With excellent communication and client management skills
With pleasing and dynamic personality
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD and other computer applications
Willing to work in Pasay City (head office)
Newly Licensed Architects are highly encouraged to apply
