ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are currently seeking an Intercompany Accountant to grow our Asia accounting and finance team with a dedicated professional in accounting that loves ecommerce. If you are a top-performing team player looking for a great opportunity with growth then we want to hear from you.
YOUR SKILLS:
2-5 years' experience
BS in Accounting
Good organization skills and the ability to stay focused on a particular task
Must exhibit problem-solving skills with successful results
Basic accounting aptitude and spreadsheet manipulation and creation
Investigation and resolution of out of balances between intercompany entities
Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and both verbal and written communication skills in English
Must be a team player
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process invoices for inventory (both 3rd party and Intercompany) and other expenses/services from other DFO companies.
Reconciliation of sub-ledgers to GL for each intercompany supplier and customer account.
Work with the entity accountants and prepare and enter IC journal entries.
Set up new accounts for both I/C customers and suppliers
Cash application for intercompany customers
Flexible working hours, may need to work in multiple time zone
