As a startup, Roots Automation offers a fast-paced environment with ample growth and learning opportunities across multiple disciplines. This role will directly interact with customers (SMEs/Business Process Owners), Engineering (AI, Automation & Cloud), and Senior Management.
This role will develop process-specific automation solutions and play a key role in improving the as-a-service automation framework Roots provides our customers.
Key Responsibilities of the Role:
Translate business requirements into technical requirements, and collaborate with engineering to groom backlog items and plan sprints
Manage our continuous improvement scrum team's development, testing, and deployment
Working within project planning constraints
Communicate project risks
Provide inputs to the change control process
Qualifications:
A strong understanding of automation technology and agile delivery methods
Exceptional business analytical, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead process observations and interviews with customers to understand and document business requirements
Track record of following through on commitments
Jira and Confluence experience are preferred
4 years of experience preferred
