Intelligent Automation Process Analyst Manager
What will you do
This role will support the identification & prioiritization of IA opportunities, business process review & redesign (where appropriate), requirements capturing, benefits validation, identification of the most appropriate solution, design, implementation, testing & support of Intelligent Automation solutions required to support the GBS productivity & service management agenda. He / she needs to have a good up-to-date understanding of business processes strategic platforms such as SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow & Intelligent Automation technologies to ensure end users are up-to-date & knowledgable of systems, processes, best practice & automation possibilities. The incumbant will also engage and work with the Technology Innovation Team (where required) to validate the suitability of new technologies to support the Intelligent Automation / productivity strategic agenda. Other responsibilities include Business Relationship Management, project management, ensuring legal & data compliance, service delivery & vendor management.
This role primarily interacts with the Global Business Services Delivery Excellence IA Lead, Service Delivery Teams, other IT teams (BTS, ISRM, I&Ops, GDC), and IA development team to ensure the successful identification, implementation & ongoing support on IA solutions. The position reports to the BTS GBS Intelligent Automation Lead.
New Automations to support the productivity agenda
He/she will have a good understanding of Intelligent Automation landscape, supplier`s products, product roadmaps, & be responsible for identification & prioritization of IA opportunities, business process review & redesign (where appropriate), requirements capturing, benefits validation, identification of the most appropriate solution, design, implementation, testing & support of Intelligent Automation solutions. Responsibilities include
- Foster innovation & automation mindset in GBS
- Facilitate and provide input on the revision and optimization of GBS processes to fulfil the agenda of continuous improvement and productivity and align with global functions
- Support GBS functional experts & leaders to identify ideas/use cases for automation to the pipeline that will bring productivity & quality improvements (working closely with GBS DEX Automation Lead & GBS Service Delivery Teams)
- Work closely with GBS SMEs to develop detailed use cases that can be translated into technical requirements ensuring end-to-end process impact assessment & review is suitably completed, & alignment across all business stakeholders (e.g. all 3 GBS centres, markets, global functions)
- Assess technical feasibility, assign potential solution in alignment with stakeholders and estimate investment needed / effort required for realization
- Recommend delivery model for solution
- Align capacity availability in BTS / IT to feed into implementation planning
- Ensure technical execution of use case implementation ensuring project management & implementation best practice is followed and all required deliverables are produced
- Work closely with GBS SMEs to test the implemented automations (Functional & Integration Testing. UAT is the responsibility of the GBS SMEs)
- Close collaboration with BTS IA Lead & DEX Automation Lead to manage functional GBS stakeholders
- Project Management, Test Management, and Change Management activities where required
Operations
Ensure all defects & production issues are addressed, suitably tested, & documentation updated appropriately ensuring adherence to defined KPIs
Provide regular operational status reports & where quality &/or service delivery issues / problems are identified, identify & implement a correction plan
Support in the review of existing GBS macros with a view to deciding whether to replatform or make redundant as required. Support with any required re-platforming of existing macros.
Knowledge Management / Solution Documentation
He/she must keep up-to-date with business technology & Intelligent Automation solution roadmaps, ensures end-users are up-to-date & knowledgeable of the systems, business processes, best practices & intelligent automation possibilities. Provides knowledge transfer and best practices to end users through support/change request resolution, releases, & ongoing collaboration.
Ensure the maintenance & sign off of appropriate documentation in his/her scope of responsibility. This includes
o Solution design & configuration documents
o Business Process flows and descriptions documents (where required)
o Application portfolio records in IT Service portal
o Training documentation
Contribute to the maintenance of solution database by creating knowledge base articles and getting them validated by the appropriate expert
Business Relationship Management
Develop relationships & work directly with the Global Business Services Service Delivery Leads, Global Business Services Center Process Leads & Global Business Process Owners (where required) to understand their needs and priorities as well as share industry trends & supplier product roadmaps to ensure delivery of timely and quality solutions.
Develop relationships & work directly with internal (GTC, GDC, BTS, ISRM, legal, Vendor Management) & external (software & service providers) stakeholders, leveraging extended network where required, to ensure delivery of timely and quality solutions.
Who are we looking for
University degree (focus on information technology & ideally Intelligent Automation )
3-5 years of working experience in a business analysis / technical role of similar nature
Experienced in: Agile, DevOps, ITIL, SAP/ERP systems and core automation technologies (e.g. RPA, NLP/NLG, OCR/ICR, AI, & M/C Learning)
Experience in business process analysis & re-engineering
Excellent knowledge of JTI global business processes & solutions - good to have experience in hr and finance area, supply chain
Global project implementation experience
Customer service in a global multicultural environment. = understanding of shared services environment
Experience in Business Process Mining (Optional)
Experienced with VBA would be advantage - (legacy systems and replace VBA)
