WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....
Responsible for executing transformation initiatives in relation to either a major activity such as a merger or acquisition or the ongoing improvement of effectiveness and efficiency of an AIA entity, a function, or a department
Responsible for end-to-end process, monitoring quality and data integrity in customer onboarding and providing after-sales support to policy-related administrative processes.
. Maintain client and policy information
. Process bills and payments
. Support policy adjustments
. May facilitate passing through policy-specific client instructions / enquiries to relevant parties
. Other duties needed to help drive to company Vision, fulfil company Mission, and abide by Organization's Values.
Speed & Cost - on time completion of deliverables based on agreed upon/signed off timelines and turn around time.
Quality - achievement of desired outcomes. Measured by the % defects of process output depending on the core task.
This position is responsible for communicating process updates to the stakeholders inside the organizations in all levels.
This position has the possibility to communicate with outside vendors involved in the process.
Minimum Requirements to Hire:
Education - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
Technical Skills - Working knowledge of MS Office Applications and e-mail applications
Soft Skills - Excellent communication and organizational skills with a customer service focus
Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines good business writing skills and can command/facilitate meetings at different levels.
Product Specific Knowledge - Ability to understand simple insurance process or principles - Relevant knowledge or experience on life insurance products is an advantage
Process Specific Knowledge - Ability to understand insurance process or principles - Relevant knowledge or experience on life insurance processing is an advantage.
