Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Provides support to the brokers by processing new business, renewals, cancellations and endorsements for a variety of business.
• Assist with claims as required.
• Liaise with Brokers and Insurers/Underwriters in respect clients covers through emails and phone calls.
• Files all correspondence to Organiseit for compliance.
• Meet high standards of service and achieve compliance requirements set internally and by our licensee holder
• Draft and prepare quotations.
• Request and forward certificate of currency to clients.
• Check debtors list and send payment reminders to clients.
• Performs other job-related tasks that may be assigned by the client.
