We will count on you to:
Support Client Facing Brokers in all aspects of administration and technical support.
Provide accurate, efficient and timely production of somewhat complex policies and related documentation.
Ensures timely and accurate production and processing of complex documents including report preparation.
Maintains a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation (customer awareness) and strengthen established relationships
Adheres to Company policies and performance standards
Contributes to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA) , Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectives
What you need to have:
Must have at least 1 year experience in operations within Non-Life Insurance (Insurance Company or Insurance Broker)
Familiarity with Non-Life Insurance
Excellent communication skills
Good organizational and time management skills, ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
Ability to work within a team
