Job Description:
Salary: P50,000 to P60,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
2 years of experience in Australian Insurance
Experience using MS Office, Winbeat, Organise IT & SCTP
Knowledge of current Australian insurance policies and capacity to stay on top of market policy movements.
Nice to Have:
Strong communication skills (verbal and written). You will be required to deal with clients via email and suppliers by email and phone.
Strong problem solving, and mathematical skills. Think outside the box and a strong desire to solve problems.
Honest, reliable, and hardworking.
What will you do?
Processing and preparing Insurance Renewals, Endorsements and Cancellations.
Providing requested quotes/New Business enquiries for Domestic Insurance products.
Send Statements to client for Insurance payments.
Lodge & follow up claims.
Financial issues (dishonors/cancellation errors) liaise with insurers/premium funders.
