Job Title: Instructional Designer
The role of the INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER is to design and develop new courses to meet the needs of the business and its clients. The developed curriculum will support instructor-led classroom training, instructor-led virtual training, and self-paced e-learning.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Create skill and knowledge assessments as well as case studies.
· Work collaboratively with stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain course materials for internal clients and partners.
· Design curriculum, content outline and storyboards, applying appropriate multimedia learning methodologies considering scalability, delivery requirements, and limitations.
· Develop training materials such as slides, facilitator guides, participant guides, e-learning, videos, job aids, handouts, pre and post course work.
· Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather best practices and incorporate expertise into learning objectives and user scenarios.
· Conduct Train the trainer sessions to ensure consistency in delivery of developed instructor-led courses if necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience in instructional design and curriculum development, with extensive experience developing and designing PPT and Canva presentations is required.
· Experience using platforms such as Canva, Powtoons, or other curriculum development or multi-media tools is a must.
· Knowledge of audience-engagement techniques for different learning styles and ability to implement them in both a face-to-face learning environment and in an e-learning course, is an advantage.
· Ability to analyze training requirements and present effective educational solutions.
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent.
· Willing to work in Makati City
