We are looking for experienced Instructional Designers (IDs) with experience in creating instructor-led and self-paced online training courses with engaging learning activities.
Specifically, we prefer IDs with knowledge in formulating learning objectives, with experience working with SMEs, and have applied tested instructional design learning theories, practices, and methods.
Experience in developing online learning courses is a must!
This is a project-based opening. Work can be done remotely.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology
- Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- Lesson and curriculum planning skills
- Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System
- Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
