Job Description
Convert Coachio Group course materials to eLearning
Use Storyline 360 authoring tool to create engaging learning activities and compelling course content
Work with subject matter experts to identify the target audience's training needs
Set instructional end goals and create content that matches them
Write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts
Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
Find innovative non-traditional alternatives to ensure Coachio Group courses are leading edge
Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, activities, games, etc)
Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course
Plan and execute projects to meet set timelines for completion
Maintain project documentation and course folders
Qualifications
Previous working experience in instructional design for 5 years
In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
Lesson and curriculum planning skills
Experience with a variety of LMS
HTML5 and Scorm programming knowledge
Experience with Storyline 360 & Rise
Experience converting industry standards into learning material
Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts
Suitable qualification in instructional design, educational technology or similar relevant field

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday (6AM - 3PM; Manila Time)
Location (Homebased)
Candidates should a personal equipment at home
