INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR
(Cebu Based)
 
Responsibilities:
Prepares working schedule specifying the data of commencement and completion of a particular installation project subject to the review and approval of the Installation Manager and the Assistant Installation Manager respectively.
Coordinates with the immediate superior regarding the exact date of arrival of equipment at the jobsite.
Prepares manpower requirements suited to the installation budget to ensure proper personnel distribution and utilization in coordination with the immediate superior.
Checks site condition of projects assigned to him for all the necessary coordination of elevator requirement prior to the start of installation work.
Coordinates with the General Contractor's representative for any problem at the jobsite in connection with the installation work.
Reports immediately to superior any problem encountered at the jobsite and all jobsite accidents during the course of installation work.
Checks every phase of the installation work seeing to it that technical specifications and descriptions and quality control findings and recommendations are complied with.
Prepares and submits reports required such as Weekly Progress Report, Job Sites Daily Inspection Report and others.
Implements rigid control, proper upkeep and maintenance of tools and equipment used at the jobsite.
Implements effective control of materials returning excess materials to stockroom after completion of the installation work.
Sees to it that his men observe company rules and safety regulations at the jobsites.
Assists superior in the collection of accounts due on installation work assigned to him and in acceptance of turn-over to the owner.
Trains and develop his men in the efficient performance of their jobs and for personal growth.
Performs other installation-related tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:
Graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably licensed or have at least two (2) years of technical education.
Must have at least (7) years of related experience.
Must be proficient both in oral and written communication.
Can relate effectively to all types of people in the organization and with strong leadership potential
Capable of teaching and training people.
Must possess a good moral character.
