INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR
Primary Responsibilities
Supervise and direct the daily activities related to scheduled delivery, installation, service and repair activities of the furniture installation group.
Oversee activities related to pulling, staging, and loading of furniture into delivery vehicles.
Hire, train, evaluate and discipline delivery and installation employees as needed
Maintain service levels with the vendor when using Third Party Furniture Installers with regards to quality, accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with Sales teams, Design and Operations department on installation project dates and timelines.
Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of process.
Assist in problem resolution and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues.
Encourage safe work behaviors and promptly correct conditions and unsafe behaviors which may lead to accidents.
Serve as project lead for delivery and product installations to ensure installation goes smoothly on an as needed basis.
Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills
Ability to work under short lead-times and deadlines.
Proven good leadership skills.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree in the field of Industrial Engineering/Business Administration.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
Preferably 1-2 years experienced employee specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
