? What You'll Do:
Oversee daily installation operations on-site
Monitor installers' performance and ensure daily output targets are achieved
Handle and resolve client technical concerns professionally
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are met
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth project execution
Submit progress reports and updates
✅ What We're Looking For:
Experience in project supervision or installation management
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Technically knowledgeable and solution-oriented
Excellent communication skills
Willing to do field work
An engineering background is an advantage
With driver's license is a plus
Preferably with a motorcycle for a site visit.
