o Research & generate a clientele list
o Build the client database and identify key contracts
o Engage prospects through multiple channels to generate new sales leads
o Follow up on leads in timely manner and maintain an active pipeline of customers
o Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling and social media
o Book meetings for qualified prospects with the sales team
o Be creative in nurturing a sales process to actively convert leads
o Pitch to clients about our company services and offerings
o Assist Sales Managers in sales activities such as preparing contracts and quotations
o Ensure prompt response to enquiries/or resolution to customer
o Proactively maintain and enhance relationship with clients
o Assist in meeting sales targets for the sales team
o Update and maintain sales activity records in internal systems and prepare sales reports
o Assist in holding webinar events every quarter
o Updating of social media accounts (i.e. Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, Twitter, etc) with
contents provided on an ad-hoc and/or bi-weekly frequency
o Creation of EDMs

preferred
o Ability to convey information clearly and analyze customer requirements as needed to help

Daily activities
- Researching on list of clienteles to call (we do provide our own database for the new hire to call, but
will also require new hire to do his/her own research when the need arises)
- Cold calling to potential customers to generate appointment
- Updating of sales activities in internal system
- Ad-hoc activities:
o Updating social media accounts
o Creation of EDMs
o Preparing for webinars (including calling of attendees)
Working hours
9am - 6pm Manila time
