The Job:
The ServerHub Inside Sales Specialist will handle inbound phone requests, help desk, chat and email tickets from customers who are in need of Cloud Hosting and Infrastructure Services.
Requirements:
Promptly Answer any incoming calls from potential clients.
Respond promptly to incoming help desk tickets and answer any sales related questions clients may have.
Perform General Demos/Demonstrations of our Cloud Platform to potential clients
Ability to learn quick to learn and able to understand our platform and technology (training provided)
Proven ability to work at a high speed and act with urgency
Ability to effectively document your sales reporting to the Sales Manager
Strong listening, presentation, and communication skills
Create solution proposals, negotiate agreements, and manage procurement processes
Conducting a thorough analysis with speed and confidence to match our customers with the right products
Must Haves:
Experience with using Google Suite products (Google Sheets or Excel, Docs)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2+ years Sales or Inside Sales Experience
Experience in SaaS or Hosting (B2B is a Plus)
A fully functioning workstation and a quiet place to work .
Background knowledge of Cloud Hosting, IaaS, SaaS, is a plus
