Job Description
Purpose of the position The Inside Sales Support Specialist is responsible for assisting and supporting the Sales team in their day-to-day work. They will develop custom proposals to meet client needs, work through the pre-sales process to develop detailed, high quality supporting documents and ensure that all deals are correctly entered and tracked in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution - Hubspot.
Responsibilities & Duties
Develop service delivery schedules on an as needs basis.
Document all relevant client information and interaction via the company's CRM system.
Support the sales team with writing proposals and client quotations, as well as general administrative and ad hoc tasks.
Develop and Review proposals
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers and vendors.
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
General sales administrative and ad hoc tasks.
This role will also form close working relationships with the Offensive, Defensive and Advisory teams at the company to gather information as needed to assist with development of customised proposals.
Qualifications
Personal qualities & behavioural traits:
This role requires someone with exceptional attention to detail. They need to be a self-starter who is driven and self-motivated. They will need to be a team player as they will work closely with other teams in the course of their work.
For this role, the following traits are required as a minimum:
At least 3-5 years in the same field
Critical thinking and ability to be quick on your feet
Exceptional level of English fluency - both written and verbal
Ability to quickly develop and nurture relationships
Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running
Ability to solve tough problems
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
Attention to detail
Excellent time management and organisation
Prior experience in a Sales team
Would be Nice Features
Knowledge of the Cybersecurity industry and its current events
Experience using Qwilr
Experience using Hubspot
