Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Engineer/Staff works on all matters/aspects relating to preparation of proposals/quotations for all new customers. He / She ensures the timely and accurate feedback or response to new customer inquiries after gathering all necessary data/answers from all other team members.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Receives Request for Quotation from the Inside Sales and Field Sales representative. Checks completeness of the package and communicates missing information to the Head/ Manager.
2.Gathers all necessary data/answers relevant in formulating the quotation package from all other disciplines such as Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain and Accounting/Finance.
3.Prepares the quotation with full understanding of any assumptions. Discusses with team for any unusually high quotes and rectifies any incorrect assumptions. Coordinates with Finance for the simulation of the quotes.
4.Discusses the quotation package with the head to ensure correctness of the quote. Ensures that these activities are within the timetable of the commitment to submit to the customer.
5.Ensures timely and accurate response to prospective customers
6.Performs other duties as maybe assigned by the VP for Inside Sales after due training /qualification
Qualifications:
*Engineering graduate preferably Industrial Engineer or BS Accountancy graduate
*Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
*Good analytical ability
* Proficient in written and verbal communication
*Possess good decision making skill
*Knowledgeable in problem solving techniques
*Can work with minimum supervision.
*Keen observant and rational thinker.
*Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
