Description
1. Check regularly all machines if in good running condition and coordinates to Maintenance. If needs necessary repair.
2. Monitor and evaluates all personnel under his supervision with regards to their performance, ability, work attitude and attendance.
3. Request additional manpower if needed on the line with approval of the Department Manager.
4. Provides installations, machines, and equipment with specification on standard operating procedures.
5. Conduct training and orientation to newly hired operators.
6. Make manpower schedule in accordance to the delivery schedule.
7. Ensure that all products/parts produced are in good quality.
8. Communicate with the other production leaders and key personnel for any quality issues and concerns.
9. Coordinate with the QA Department personnel regarding the quality of molded products,
10. Directly inform all subordinates to check everything before doing the process;

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 5
