3. Review manpower schedule and required overtime as production needed and see to it scheduling
were properly designed.
4. Perform daily review of machine production schedule and recommend necessary action to meet
the customer requirement.
5. Prepare documents pertaining quality standards as compliance to ISO standards.
6. Conduct training to all newly hired employees and also for the refresher course.
7. Recommend disciplinary action to erring subordinates.
8. Update the skill matrix and qualified operators for critical models.
9. Spearhead the investigation of abnormalities on injection productivity and quality issue both
in -process/ OQA claim and customer claim.
10. Conduct monthly performance assessment to all leaders.
11. Check technician report such as mold trial report, ETR and JO.
12.Confirms that all monitoring and standard is being updated in-case of changes ex. machine trouble,
4M, etc.
13. Confirm if daily machine check sheet and the set injection molding condition is being recorded.
14. Monitor 5's in the workplace.
15. Performs and participate in all corporate, productivity and continuous improvement.
16. Perform other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the immediate superior
from time to time.
Job Requirements
-Required Education: At least Vocational graduate
-Required Skills & Technical Capability: Basic injection molding process and leadership skills
-Required Training: Leadership training and basic injection machine operation
-Other Career Qualification: Computer literate and Basic knowledge on ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015
max salary 18000.
