Positions in this function include those who monitor and operate computer and peripheral equipment: review, analyze, and modify programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing for large-scale computer systems.
Evaluate system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility. Provide expertise in software systems programming, operating software applications, consulting on complex projects/existing applications, timely completion of scheduled jobs, and overall operating systems. Also includes overseeing environments' health and facilitation of high severity incidents to improve the state of service availability and continuity.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage a staff of Sr. engineers' responsible hardware and software planning and design for both traditional data centers and public clouds
Manage the implementation of mobile and desktop virtualization technologies to enable business value and expand adoption in new use cases
Defining, prioritizing, and supporting key initiatives
Provide highly reliable infrastructure solutions that are extremely secure enabling Operations to manage environments simply and effectively
Work with product management to develop and execute on long range technology strategy roadmaps
Continuously assess current technology footprint and market offerings, drive technology decisions, lead POCs of new solutions/capabilities
Develop processes and activities that focus on restoring service after an incident occurs. Document all hardware, application, facility, etc. problems and take corrective action as required
Provides leadership to and is accountable for the performance and direction through multiple layers of management and senior level professional staff
Work most often impacts a large business unit, or multiple markets/sites

Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
15 years of IT Infrastructure Experience
10+ years of relevant experience as IT Infra Executive Leader
Experience in handling 60-70 Engineers
Experience in of M365, citrix, end point security, people leadership, operational SLAs and ITIL foundation
Familiarity with Project and Program Management, Design Thinking
Willing to work in QC (WFH for now) and to work in EMEA shift
