Your role involves oversight on a sub-team within this function. Your role will allow you to further strengthen your leadership and stakeholder manager skills given the diverse culture you will experience within the local and global teams. Your key responsibilities Manage resource capacity planning, management, performance and development, and participation in Bank-wide forums for leadership Main point of contact for escalations for the production process/team assigned Partner with Finance and Business Managers, as part of your stakeholder management delivery, and in this respect drive client relationship strategy.
