Job Title: Accounting Close - Transfer Pricing Manager
Location: Manila
Corporate Title: Assistant Vice President
The Infrastructure Transfer Pricing team ensures that internal transactions are calculated, booked, invoiced and settled in accordance with DB Policy, Group Tax and Regulatory standards. Your role involves oversight on a sub-team within this function. Your role will allow you to further strengthen your leadership and stakeholder manager skills given the diverse culture you will experience within the local and global teams.
Your key responsibilities
Manage resource capacity planning, management, performance and development, and participation in Bank-wide forums for leadership
Main point of contact for escalations for the production process/team assigned
Partner with Finance and Business Managers, as part of your stakeholder management delivery, and in this respect drive client relationship strategy.
Your skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, or its Business-related equivalents with Accounting courses
Experience in people management for accounting, finance or audit gained from the Financial Services, Audit or BPO industry
Analytical and problem solving skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven leadership and negotiation skills
