Position Overview
The Associate ensures timely and accurate financial, regulatory and risk reporting in the financial books and records of the Bank, in line with regulatory and statutory requirements.

Your key responsibilities
Perform cost calculations, bookings and intercompany invoicing and settlement
Process and prepare journal entries, ensuring deliverable deadlines are met
Handle cost and transfer pricing related queries and resolution of issues, with proper root cause analysis performed on operational issues
Interface with other Finance teams for efficient execution of end-to-end operations
Review process output to detect irregularities, errors or variances
Ensure quality of output are:
in compliance with predefined processes and service level agreements
in compliance with policies, legal and statutory requirements
accurate and complete
Engage in change initiatives that may include but are not limited to brainstorming exercises, process improvement discussions, user acceptability testing and post deployment reviews
Process Performer
Performs transfer pricing calculations, bookings, intercompany invoicing and settlement
Ensure that the quality of output is:
Performed in compliance with the predefined processes and service level agreements
Processed in compliance with the established processes, procedures, policies and legal & statutory requirements
Processed accurately and completely
Ensures that proper root cause analysis is performed on operational issues.
Performs sense checks/ self review of process outputs to detect irregularities, error or variances.
Build relationship of trust with clients
Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures
Your skills and experience
2 - 4 years experience with an auditing firm, bank or in a finance role in another industry
Knowledge and understanding in Invoicing, Settlement and Intercompany transactions an advantage
Degree in Accountancy, Banking, Business Management, Economics, and other finance-related discipline
Knowledge and understanding of finance and accounting functions
Proficient in excel spreadsheets
Knowledge of SAP FICO, Essbase, Cognos and other ERP systems an advantage
