The Analyst Development Plan (ADP) is a structured plan offered to fresh graduates who will join Group Finance on March. Our ADP opportunities are wide-ranging and span functions across Profit and Loss, Accounting Control, Financial Reporting and Cost Control. Infrastructure Finance (IF) is a group under Infrastructure CFO, that delivers high quality transactional processing through accruals, allocations, invoicing and settlement in the areas of cost and transfer pricing. It also provides critical review of risks and enforces financial controls. IF functionally performs cost calculations, bookings and intercompany invoicing and settlement; processes and prepares journal entries; ensures agreed deliverables are met; addresses cost- and transfer pricing- related queries; and resolves issues with proper root-cause analysis. They interface with other Finance teams globally for efficient execution of end-to-end operations, review process output to detect irregularities, errors or variances, as well as ensure that quality of output are accurate, complete and compliant to set processes, service level agreements and requirements.

Your key responsibilities
Ensure effectiveness and accuracy of the Transfer Pricing Calculation end-to-end process from methodology through settlement and management reporting.
Manage intercompany settlements as well as monitoring and clearing of cash movements with regard to intercompany invoices raised and settled.
Be responsible for the reconciliation, analysis and coordination process set to resolve intercompany breaks within the global thresholds to facilitate group consolidation and reporting.
Understand the roadblocks for manual processes and provide recommendations on how to manage tasks more efficiently.
Provide a root-cause analysis of aged and rejected invoices and closely monitor and report team's progress to facilitate settlement.
Your skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in either Math, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Business, or Management.
