Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule and perform business as usual activities such as monitoring, maintenance and upgrades to all maintained devices
Formulate optimal solution as required by business and customers
Participate in meetings, presentations and negotiations
Resolve technical issues raised thru our service desk within the agreed service level agreement
Escalate related issues to partners, vendors and/or service providers
Updates document monitoring system (DMS) and customer relationship system (CRM)
Attend trainings and seminars to improve knowledge and skills (HP, Cisco, Microsoft, Linux etc.)
Create necessary operational reports, check-ups and validations
Perform administrative tasks including but not limited to filing, maintaining forms and other documents for processing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
