Negotiable Permanent contract Full Time On-site and remote
As a customer service agent, your main responsibility is to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns. This may involve providing information about products or services, addressing issues with orders or deliveries, and resolving complaints. Some common tasks of a customer service agent include:
Answering phone calls, emails, or chat messages from customers
Providing accurate and timely information about products and services
Resolving issues related to orders, deliveries, or refunds
Escalating complex issues to a supervisor or manager
Maintaining customer records and documenting interactions
Following up with customers to ensure their concerns have been addressed
Continuously improving customer service processes and procedures.
To be successful as a customer service agent, you should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, be able to remain calm and professional under pressure, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. Additionally, you may need to have knowledge of the specific products or services offered by your company, as well as any relevant policies and procedures.
