Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provides IT field application support to all end users under various operation systems, including Apple MAC OS and Windows platforms.
Ensure all the network configurations are working properly.
Perform periodical check on workstations and information work systems.
Ensure all web-based software work properly, archive data and ensure those archived data store in an orderly manner.
Co-ordinate with third party or inter-company division to arrange, facilities and execute both hardware or software installation or maintenance.
Qualifications:
College Graduate/College Undergraduate with a degree of Information Technology or equivalent degree.
At least 2 years experience in supporting Windows OS and MAC OS.
Good English communication skill.
Ability to work under pressure.
Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
Willing to work in a hybrid set-up.
