Optimizing supply chain operations, our contract logistics business unit provides end-to-end warehousing and distribution solutions for our customers. This position will support the development and implementation of customer solutions to ultimately deliver on our promise of customer excellence. YOUR ROLE
You will support your team in gaining + retaining customers by supporting warehouse management system (WMS) configurations (Blue Yonder / JDA), training and implementation support, ensuring a professional, timely and accurate information system (IS) is delivered for warehouse projects.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your Tasks + Responsibilities
To support the attraction of customers with our core and surrounding applications
To support the pursuit of customer opportunities within our corporate IS application landscape and capabilities
To support the closing of new contracts in line with our commercial policies and innovative solutions
To support the on boarding of new customers in compliance with our global process
To coach teams to configure WMS, training our operations teams to deliver as promised to our customers
To support our progress reviews with our customers to ensure we continually improve + have a high retention rate.
To provide hyper care support to our operations teams to evolve our customer relationships, forming trust + deeper relationships to enable new opportunities.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Your Skills + Expertise
Any experience in an environment where you have worked with multiple stakeholders, undertaken EDI projects and demonstrated Project Management capabilities will support your success in this role. If you have an engineering qualification that would be a bonus but it's not mandatory
