Research upcoming & ongoing construction projects across Australia or New Zealand
Find and qualify information on these projects via phone, email, internet & newspaper research. This will involve directly communicating with industry professionals (Developers, Architects & Builders)
Build and maintain an assigned portfolio of construction projects as they move through development stages of construction.
Minimum Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are quick and eager learners, who want to work in a fast-paced environment and aren't afraid of meeting targets under a deadline. We want people with excellent communication skills who will make calls and send e-mails to research partners based in Australia & New Zealand, and who are hard-working,and able to multi-task
High-level English proficiency
Must be comfortable with outbound calls
Excellent communication skills
Hard-working and has the ability to multi-task
Experience in customer service or research is an advantage
Must be willing to work at Makati City
