Job description:
Manages company related documents while also ensuring its accuracy, quality and integrity
Adheres to record retention policies, safeguard information and ensures efficient retrieval of documents on its respective location.
Coordinate and administers the documented information processes.
Trains employees on documented information management procedures and policies, which include documentation, retention, retrieval, destruction and disaster recovery.
Performs quality checking of all documents prior registration.
Conducts surveys at a scheduled interval to internal and external customers to know the Customer Satisfaction Rating
Obtains, files and monitors Customer Complaint/Feedback.
Prepares Daily Temperature Monitoring Report extracted from the Data Loggers/SCADA.
Issues Temperature Monitoring Report to Clients/Customers.
Act as the "Record Custodian" of Quality Assurance Team.
Engages to continuous knowledge development with regards to rules, regulation, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.
Identify process improvements that lead to cost savings or revenue enhancement opportunities.
Accomplish, update and monitors tasks in accordance with the approved Key Results Areas and Key Performance Indicators.
Ensures that all information which are confidential in nature is held in accordance with the company policy and regulations.
Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time depending on its urgency and requirements of the job functions.
Experience:
