Job Responsibilities
Data Management & Reporting
Standardize Reporting and Data in all platforms (e.g. BW HANA)
Govern data integrity in all reports within Selecta's Customer Development team
Project Management & Automation
Be the Subject Matter Expert on Route-to-market / Electronic Route-to-market & Transformative Selling Platforms
Gather requirements from internal stakeholders for Automation and Process improvements
Engagement With stakeholders on process designs as aligned with Business needs
Lead Project Execution activities such as Performance Testing and Solutions Deployment
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree holder in Industrial/Management Engineering, Information Tech Course, or any Business Course Majoring in Finance/Accounting
1-2 years working experience in Database Management, Project Management, Process Automation and digitalization
Ability to apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills in process design
Familiar with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum Master)
Proficient in MS Excel & Power BI and other Data/Reporting Tools (SAP BWHANA, ISRBW)
Knowledge in lean software development and digital commerce is an advantage
