Job Description
[REMOTE ROLE]
We are looking for new Influencer Outreach team members for the U.S. market that will help us grow and maintain our influencer outreach program. You will be responsible for contacting Influencers for the American market through eMail, Instagram DMs, etc. It is crucial to be proficient in English.
Tasks:
Assist with creating and strengthening relationships with Influencers from The U.S.
Assist with organizing and planning campaigns on Facebook, Instagram.
Assist with maintaining and checking related Data in Google Spreadsheets.
Assist with the coordination of related events such as Posts and campaigns on our own Instagram or Facebook Page and schedule activities with Influencers.
Help build and maintain databases. Assist with follow-ups when needed.
Ability to screen for Influencers after various parameters, such as; relevancy, followers, Quality, engagement rate, etc. Keep track of KPIs.
Knowledge of the following industries is a plus; Beauty & personal care, toys & games, office products, pet supplies, automotive, tools & home improvements
Effective use of Google Spreadsheets. You also will be introduced to tools such as Zendesk, Multilogin, and similar.
Email Support - responding to Influencers' concerns in a timely manner. • Live Chat Support - providing real-time support.
Building Audience - targeting the right audience for best results.
Qualifications
Position Competencies:
Experience in influencer marketing; ability to establish short-term or long-term relationships with Influencers; represent the company in marketing-related activities.
Proficiency in English
Experience in working remotely
Experience to work in a team environment
Capable of establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships.
Ability to manage independent projects and tasks.
Availability from 11 AM until 7 PM to match the European time zone.
