Job Description: * Lead the development and implementation of influencer programs, including but not limited to exclusivity programs, incubation initiatives, and KOL events * Translate key objectives, strategies, and analyses to key initiatives Job Description: Lead the development and implementation of influencer programs, including but not limited to exclusivity programs, incubation initiatives, and KOL events Translate key objectives, strategies, and analyses to key initiatives and projects which will sustain KOL engagement Craft monthly training curriculum, workshops, and learning materials for influencers part of Shopee Ambassadors Program Create regular webinars to educate and engage affiliates Track performance of new and existing affiliates in the exclusive program Work closely with other KOL sub-teams in generating awareness for program initiatives Requirements: At least 2 years of work experience in influencer/affiliate marketing with direct KOL coordination Has good understanding of local influencer and social media landscape Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and project management skills Creative and provides out-of-the-box solutions while remaining structured and methodical Detail-oriented, reliable, and good team player in a fast-paced work environment
