Develops and maintains an effective, system-wide infection control program within HSLBMC. Monitors and evaluates the prevalence of healthcare-associated infections. Supports teamwork essential for compliance with accrediting and regulatory agency standards through surveillance, effective prevention, and control activities specific to a variety of practice settings, and accurate reports. Assists in developing and implementing program initiatives, policies, and education related to infection prevention for associates and patients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing;
With valid PRC License;
Preferably with related experience in the same facility or in a hospital;
Preferably with relevant training in infection control;
Preferably with PHICNA Basic Training Course (BTC)
