Description
The Supply Chain Analyst is a skilled individual whose primary focus and skill set supports data analysis for manufacturing operations to facilitate short and long-term planning and report preparation. This individual will provide analysis and report generation that will support the decision making for inventory management, production planning, order management, capacity planning and load management.
Responsibilities
Deliver reports and analysis in the frequency of daily, weekly, monthly and annually that provides production output, machine capacity and inventory output/availability.
Provides daily work order update in JDE
Enter VMI Orders as needed
Perform part level system maintenance as required
Manage the delivery and collection of assigned request for quotation to suppliers.
Deliver back-up support for order management task and other manufacturing support
Identify process improvement and submit small scale improvements (waste walks)
Perform other task and as requested by local superior or POC's
Required Skills - External
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
• Engineering graduate
• With at least 1 to 2 years' experience in Supply Chain Operations, including knowledge in Oracle and Procure to Pay Processes
• Familiar with lean manufacturing concepts, preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications like Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Oracle JD Edwards Demonstrated systems and process knowledge
