INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER
What you'll be doing
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Design, implement and monitor new processes to enhance productivity and effectiveness
Document standard operating procedures and train employees on new processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process-related challenges
Utilize data analytics to measure process performance and identify areas for optimization
Provide recommendations to management on process enhancements and automation opportunities
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies and industry best practices
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in a business process improvement or operations role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
Proficient in process mapping, workflow design and business process management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
Degree in Industrial Engineering
