Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Industrial Engineering
Preferably a resident of STA.
ROSA LAGUNA or living nearby area
With 1-2 years worked experience in manufacturing set-up
Have good knowledge and exposure using common IE software (such as matlab, AutoCAD, c++, Minitab and etc.)
Understanding of continuous process improvement and problem solving methods
Ability to think "out of the box" and suggest and be receptive to new ideas
Will conduct time and motion study and quality checking
Develops work measurement procedures and directs time and motion studies to promote efficient and economical utilization of personnel and facilities
Excellent communication skills
Can work with minimum supervisionBachelor's degree
