Job Qualification
Graduate of Industrial Engineering or any related course
With relevant experience in costing works, inventory management, material planning, logistics, or a related position
Ability to read and understand design and manufacturing drawings,
Able to navigate 3D/CAD models
Ability to evaluate and provide cost data on components in their commodity including direct material, direct labor and tooling costs
Aptitude to succeed in a stressful and deadline oriented environment
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem solving abilities
Job Description
Received product information, design, and material list
Analyze and understand project-specific documentation and drawings
Analyze and identify material consumption, usage and cost
Coordinate with management to ensure cost forecasting reports are consistently checked and applied
Monitor and document actual and estimate reports
Prepares cost estimates and performance reports
Examine data to help with reducing cost in all operations
Reviews raw materials consumption per unit of output and variance analysis
Coordinate closely with production on material planning and production capacity planning
Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends
Determining the required materials and generating purchase orders
Ensuring materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost efficient.
Ensure consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production
