KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Architectural Analysis and Planning:
Collaborate with the team to optimize plans for efficiency, functionality, and construction practicality.
Project Coordination:
Work closely with project managers to integrate architectural requirements into overall project timelines and schedules.
Quality Assurance:
Develop and implement quality control measures for architectural components of construction projects.
Conduct regular site inspections to verify adherence to architectural plans and specifications.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the architectural phase of construction projects.
Implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall project outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
 
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in industrial engineering with a focus on architectural oversight in construction projects.
Previous work in the residential construction industry is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: (PLUS!!)
Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools.
Strong understanding of architectural principles and construction standards.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and contractors.
Project Management:
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools to effectively coordinate and manage architectural aspects of construction projects.
Adaptability
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced construction environment.
