Develops and maintains strategic projects and teams such as the Quality Management Team and Training and Development Team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assists in the development, implementation and management of proposed recommendations and projects.
2. Researches, studies and analyzes related information required for the success of projects handled.
3. Assists in the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization's products and services.
4. Manages non-conformity reports, monitors their resolution plans, and assists in the implementation, recording and evaluation of the said plans and actions.
Qualifications:
1. Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering
2. Must possess a good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
3. Must have initiative.
4. Must be organized, detail-oriented and results-oriented.
5. Must be analytical and with good problem solving skills.
